Vegans, Main Street, Moscow A new restaurant opened in Moscow this year. It is called Vegans and is on Main Street across from BookPeople. (LH)

Moscow Food Co-Op, 221 E. Third Street, Moscow, 208/882-8537. This co-op grocery store has a small café with five tables and a bar area. They have a limited menu of hot food, plus deli case items and (decent) espresso. It's not quite purely vegetarian - you can find a turkey sandwich - but almost all veggie.

Studio 7 Vegetarian, 720 NE Thatuna, Pullman, 509/332-6863. This address turns out to be Koinonia House, which is the campus combined ministries. It's right next to the The Bookie on the WSU campus. Supposedly there is a vegetarian restaurant in there run by the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, but I didn't go in myself.
