Boca burger, black bean burger, garden burger----any burger can have avocado
or soy cheese added. There is also a Fri burger which has a charcoal grilled
tastel
Here are just some of the menu items.
B.L.T.'s with veggie "bacon" strips, lettuce and tomato on lightly toasted
7-grain bread.
Mock egg salad - Tofu salad with eggless mayo, chopped onions lightly
seasoned with tumeric and dijon mustard.
Santa Fe Roll Up - Tofu marinated in a zesty southwest barbeque sauce,
sauteed onions & peppers, all wrapped up on a warm whole wheat flour
tortilla.
Chinese Stir Fry - Flavorful stir fried veggies, red onions, bell peppers,
mushrooms, carrots and broccoli, served over Basmati rice.
Veggie Lasagna - Tomatoes, olive oil, fresh garlic, basel & oregano with
broccoli, zucchini, cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms, low-fat ricotta &
mozzarella cheese.
Rueben Pretender - Veggie "deli slices" with cosmic sauerkraut, Russian
dressing, and Swiss cheese melted on rye toast.
