The following is a list of these EVERGREEN products with a brief description of each:STYRID: Styrene suppressant additive for polyester composites materials which lowers styrene emissions to comply with Governmental regulations.
RESIN RELEASE N: A soft, light-colored gel release agent containing no silicones or wax. Excellent for polyurethane foam in appliance manufacturing. Also used in polyester statuary and cement molding.
KANTSTIK LM CONCENTRATE B: Specifically developed for the Friction Material market, this water based product is also useful for thermoset composites.
KANTSTIK M-55, KANTSTIK M-56: Highly concentrated silicone water based external release agents which meet safety, performance and cost criteria.
KANTSTIK RIM: Semi-permanent and water/alcohol based, these products provide a hard film with excellent releasing properties.
KANTSTIK BARRIER COATINGS: Non-silicone water based products; manufactured in customized colors for the Foam Industry.
KANTSTIK 91WX: A high performance water based, semi-permanent release agent designed for high temperature molding conditions.
KANTSTIK 325: Non-flammable, non-silicone water/organic solvent based product capable of withstanding elevated molding temperatures.
KANTSTIK C: An effective PVA parting agent for many resin systems. It can be totally removed with water from the molded part.
SPECIALTY 113: An internal lubricant in the manufacture of optical lenses, acting as a release agent while maintaining clarity.
TUF-LUBE HT, KANTSTIK 406 NOD, KANTSTIK 66: External release agents in aerosol form complying with the Governmental ozone-depleting substances regulation.
KANTSTIK URW: A water base, semi-permanent mold release agent for urethane molding (rigid and flexible foams and elastomers).
KANTSTIK Q POWDER, KANTSTIK S POWDER, KANTSTIK FX-9, SPECIALTY 102, 103 AND 105: All internal lubricants to assist in the processing of a variety of thermosets and thermoplastic resin systems.
KANTSTIK 95W: A water base external release agent designed for use in molding a variety of thermoplastic, thermoset and rubber materials.
