We call the river"Sylvanescence"
because nowhere is there less
Abiding--
Here the combination
of light, water, the free
movements of air
Keep everything in a New Aspect,
even the granite monoliths
change moment by moment
according to the whims & moods
of skylight;
a warm breeze
turning the river's green surface
into a dance
of sun-diamonds
