ECO-FRIENDLY RUBBER FLOORING
FOR SPORTS AND PLAY
Why purchase rubber flooring and other products that are harmful to the environment, when there are plenty of quality eco-friendly options available at the same, or sometimes lower, cost? Among the industry leading brands offering 100% recycled rubber flooring is Tuff-n-Easy. These interlocking rubber flooring tiles offer excellent performance, durability, appearance and easy installation making it the ideal rubber flooring for gyms. The non-slip rubber tile surface is easy to clean and maintain, and will be your gym flooring solution for many years to come.
Recycled and sustainably produced rubber flooring also offers superior durability, is suitable for both interior and exterior applications, and is ideal for surfacing (or as underlayment) for areas that require resilience, sound absorption, spike resistance and/or traction. The 100% recycled rubber rolls are specially designed and manufactured for durability and also serve as an effective buffer against acoustical vibration.
Whether you are purchasing the Tuff-n-Easy interlocking rubber tiles or rolled rubber (rubber floor rolls), these products are typically available in solid black or black with varying amounts of color fleck (17% color fleck being ideal). The rolled rubber rolls are typically 4' wide and 25' or 50' in length (and sometimes even longer). Thickness of the rolls can be as thin as 1/8" and as thick is 1/2" and the correct thickness generally depends on the use, but 3/8" is the most popular.
Some of the most common uses for recycled rubber flooring include ski resorts/ski lodges, ice skating rinks, sub-flooring, doggie daycare facilities, horse and livestock trailers, boat docks and ramps, golf course lounges and so much more.
