Miko Fossum-Founder

Miko describes her food as food for "healthful" beauty and vigor! From her ever popular "spicy green taco", to her nut and seed cheeses, pate's, amazing salads with marinades made from fresh herbs, live fresh, "raw" soups accompanied by "living" crackers, raw sampler platter the tapas, and much more! The desserts however may steal the show! From green tropical smoothies to chocolate almond nutshakes (entirely milk free and yet thick like a milkshake!) to "live"carrot cake, real fresh fruit pies and the truffles! Miko's truffles are made from very few ingredients, are un-baked, gooey and delicious, and entirely good for you! Miko says to come by for a free sample!
