B.L.T.'s with veggie "bacon" strips, lettuce and tomato on lightly toasted 7-grain bread.
Mock egg salad - Tofu salad with eggless mayo, chopped onions lightly seasoned with tumeric and dijon mustard.
Santa Fe Roll Up - Tofu marinated in a zesty southwest barbeque sauce, sauteed onions & peppers, all wrapped up on a warm whole wheat flour tortilla.
Chinese Stir Fry - Flavorful stir fried veggies, red onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots and broccoli, served over Basmati rice.
